Description: Documentary that takes viewers inside the Western Massachusetts Regional Women's Correctional Centre, in which several hundred female inmates are housed together, and examines the reality of their lives inside. In the first episode heavily pregnant Vanessa arrives, aware that without help for her addiction she may lose her baby to the system, while Baby D plots revenge on a rival gang member, forcing staff to try and keep the peace.
