Description: Historian Peter Snow, mathematician Dr Hannah Fry and engineer Dick Strawbridge join forces to present a live series of trainspotting over three nights. The hosts are joined each evening by a team of rail train enthusiasts and experts at the historic Didcot Rail Museum. Snow interacts with the audience who are invited to spot some of Britain's most elusive trains, including classic steam trains, high-speed electric and diesel locomotives. Meanwhile Fry deciphers the complex equations behind the network that keeps thousands of trains running every day and Strawbridge explores the engineering of trains over time.
