Description: Once an all-star player, Hall of Fame broadcaster Tim McCarver brings sports fans closer to favorite sports figures, past and present, in this long-running weekly interview show. The former catcher's questions try to give viewers insight into the minds of his guests. Many of McCarver's guests are associated with baseball, as one would expect, but he has guests from other areas of sports and entertainment industries too, including football, basketball, golf and the Olympics. Some of the people who have sat down with the two-time World Series champion over the years include Harmon Killebrew, Jerry Rice, Walt Frazier, Jim Furyk and Janet Evans.
