Description: This documentary series goes behind the doors of the Foxes hotel in Somerset, an establishment run by young people with learning disabilities. As well as operating as a competitive business, the hotel acts as a training ground for disabled people between the ages of 16 and 24. The staff are taught all of the tricks of the trade and are encouraged to work and live independently. Episodes follow newcomers beginning their journey at the hotel and others who are preparing for life upon leaving the institution.
