Description: Actress Nia Vardalos ("My Big Fat Greek Wedding") and actor Ian Gomez ("Cougar Town") host a baking competition inspired by the popular U.K. series, "The Great British Bake Off." The competitors -- some of the finest amateur bakers in the nation -- participate in a series of challenges in which they must produce decadent and delicious holiday fare in hopes of being named the Holiday Baking Champion. Their delicious creations are judged by an esteemed panel: pastry chef James Beard, cookbook author and pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini, and food writer Mary Berry.
