The Call Centre
Description: Nev Wilshire is the CEO of the third largest call centre in Swansea. He is the main focus of this programme that documents the inner workings of the call centre and its employees. Wilshire considers himself a modern-day Napoleon - a dictator loved by his troops - and employs unique tactics to ensure that his employees always `dial with a smile'. Among the tasks Wilshire undertakes are playing matchmaker for some of his staffers and trying to help struggling employees find positions within the company in which they can excel.
