The Beacons Uncovered
Description: A wild landscape of tumbling bubbling becks and streams laying alongside iconic peaks, the Brecon Beacons are one of the most visited places in Wales and have been designated as a National Park for the last sixty years. The cameras follow the men and women who live here throughout the year as they make a living in various ways. However, it is winter that demonstrates the dramatic nature of the Brecons, with icy treks for the British Army during training, and plenty of harsh winter maintenance to keep the area open for all. Remote locations and clear skies make for impressive star gazing and cold winter nights mean getting cosy by the fire in the local pub.
