Description: The Christmas holidays are supposed to be a festive time for all, but that would happen only in a perfect world. For the underprivileged and the most vulnerable among us, `Text Santa' aims to help improve their quality of life over the Christmas period. Hosted by Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley and featuring special co-hosts Ant and Dec, the two-episode special culminates a charitable campaign to raise money mainly through text donations, and combines studio surprises, performances and top-notch pre-recorded entertainment content that celebrates the spirit of goodwill at Christmas. All funds raised are passed directly to the charities as soon as they are received so that initial donations can make an impact right away.
