Description: Comedian Frank Nicotero used to roam city streets as host of game show "Street Smarts." Now he leaves terra firma and boards a boat -- a pontoon to be specific -- with this half-hour show that gives unsuspecting partygoers enjoying a day by the lake the chance to answer a few questions to win some cash. If the revelers do well, they earn up to $1,000 (which can be useful to keep their parties going longer). If they get the questions wrong, they're tossed overboard with nothing to show for the experience.
