Portas also prompts hundreds of local communities to put her ideas into practice, and the series shows how in three very different parts of Britain: Liskeard, a once-booming Cornish cattle market town; Margate, a faded and crumbling British Seaside town, and Roman Road, the oldest trading street in London.
