Loch Lomond: A Year in the Wild
Description: This documentary series explores natural life in Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park over the course of a year. Filming takes place throughout the park's 700 square miles of wilderness located on the western edge of Scotland. The vast terrain is made up of mountains, forests, meadows, valleys and rivers that are home to more than 1,000 animal species. State-of-the-art cameras capture animals and insects as they fight to survive amongst predators and harsh elements. The episodes include footage of red deer, golden eagle, osprey and Atlantic salmon adapting to the seasons.
