Description: This reality series follows two-time Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr as he mentors a group of people who have disabilities. Eight unemployed participants, each of whom have struggled to secure work placements because of either physical or mental ailments, enter the world of catering. Michel puts them through their paces in a tough four-week training period. With the hospitality business being notoriously difficult to succeed in, the aspiring cooks must rise to the challenge in order to land themselves a job in the industry.
