Description: British chef James Martin goes on a culinary adventure around France in this travelogue documentary. As a teenager the host studied in France, and spent a lot of vacation time in the country, which in turn influenced his passion for food. For Martin, legendary TV chef Keith Floyd was another inspiration that motivated his career in the industry. In this series Martin retraces a journey Floyd took over 30 years ago, visiting various French locations and sampling the local cuisine. Travelling in style, the host's preferred mode of transport is a Citroen 2CV that was owned by Floyd for 16 years.
