Hard Evidence: O.J. Is Innocent
Description: It's been more than 20 years since the "trial of the century" concluded with the acquittal of O.J. Simpson, a controversial prosecution and decision that has come to represent a watershed moment in the U.S. criminal justice system. But what if millions of Americans' commonly held beliefs and perceptions about the fateful night of June 12, 1994, were wrong? That question forms the basis of this six-part docuseries, which presents new theories and never-before-seen evidence to reveal a possible new suspect behind the case many believe they already know. The series follows LAPD forensic psychologist Dr. Kris Mohandie and Rhode Island police sergeant Derrick Levasseur as they join forces with Dallas-based private investigator William C. Dear, who has spent 21 years of his life gathering critical new evidence about who may be behind this crime. Among those interviewed are forensic scientist Dr. Henry Lee, key trial witness Kato Kaelin, and Fred Goldman and Tanya Brown.
