Dig Wars

Dig Wars

Description: They're called relic hunters, but in some circles they're known as looters because they steal from protected property and historical sites. "Dig Wars," therefore, may just re-ignite a war between those who love to search for buried treasures and those who think that the job should be left to professionals. The series presents a competition in which two-person teams of metal detector enthusiasts race to find the most valuable artifacts at different historic locations across the country. The teams have from sunrise to sunset to hunt for artifacts, and at the end of each episode a local evaluator examines the treasures to declare a winner. Beep, beep ... beep beep beep!
