One of the `hidden' dangers of being significantly overweight is the amount of effort and time required to transport the individuals between their homes and the hospital when needed. This programme focuses on the EMTs, firefighters, equipment specialists and other professionals whose job it is to do whatever is needed to get these people to where they need to go. Some of the featured individuals also require special, supersized ambulances and other medical equipment, such as MRI machines, due to their size.
