Description: The series `Let's Get A Good Thing Going', hosted by Kevin Duala, allows passionate locals to provide their ideas for positive projects which will benefit their community. Each episode visits a town, village, or district, where locals who are eager to improve their hometown pitch their ideas to a room full of fellow locals. A cash fund, which the community themselves have contributed to, is awarded to the idea with the most votes. Each project is created by a spirited local, may it be a plan to help the elderly get online, or teaching the community to perform CPR. The programme, inspired by initiatives such as `Detroit Soup', has the chance to do genuine good for communities across the country.
